Job postings help for people

Can anyone think of a way to help those who are looking for a job? I am trying to help a recent college grad with an MBA in Business Admin who is looking for employment.

Thanks for any suggestions or a way that we can help or any ideas or maybe using this forum somehow.

He speaks Kalmyk (Mongolian) Russian, and English also.

He knows he must network but he is caught between not enough work experience and not knowing too many people but he has been staying with kalmyks and has gotten help from a Kalmyk family in Florida.

(Just put yourself back 60 years and you can imagine what our grandparents went through.....other people's kindness helped our grandparents....it has now come full circle)
